This quick but effective class will give you a full body workout in just 30-35 minutes! Think of it like a mini trip to the gym, without having to wait around for your machines or weights. The format of the class will vary to keep things new and exciting!***This class is open to Faculty and Staff of SJU only.

Zumba™ is a fun way to dance your way to a healthy body! With Latin-inspired music and easy to follow dance moves, you will begin to burn calories and sculpt your body.

Barre $7 per classFrom $5 per visit with 10 Class Card passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This barre class combines Pilates, yoga, and ballet moves. It is a low impact class, but you will definitely feel the burn! Through a variety of isolated movements, you will begin to sculpt your body. No dance experience required. Yoga socks (with rubber grips) or are encouraged.

This all-inclusive yoga class is open to the entire SJU Community, including Students, Faculty, and Staff. All levels are welcome!

“Tight Abs N’ Glutes”- this will target your abdominals and glutes to help you tighten and tone those specific areas!

Helps connect the mind and body in this ancient practice. Yoga is a great way to refocus, de-stress, and get an awesome workout all in one! All levels are welcome.

This calorie crushing workout will help keep your body burning fat, even after class has ended! High Intensity Interval Training is the key to seeing maximum results in the least amount of time.

This class will be a mix up of aerobics and strength training for a calorie torching workout!

When muscle meets yoga, Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with CorePower Yoga 2 sequencing and cardio to intensify each pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

A version of HIIT, this class is designed to push you to our limit for just 20 seconds at a time, followed by a 10 second rest. This will be a full body workout!

Cardio Kickbox $7 per classFrom $5 per visit with 10 Class Card passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This high energy class challenges beginner and elite athletes as they build stamina and lean muscle while improving coordination. The calorie torching workout combines Muay Thai and other traditional aerobic moves. (no gloves required!)
